This handbook, produced by AIDSCAP's Behavior Change Communication (BCC) unit, provides an overview of how to contribute to making policy an effective component of HIV/AIDS prevention. 

The handbook provides suggestions for getting involved in policy development. It is written for program managers, policy advocates and others who are interested in advocacy work and in the policy aspects of HIV/AIDS prevention.
