Health Services Research

FHI conducts health services research to increase access to family planning and other reproductive health, maternal and infant care, and HIV-related services worldwide. We evaluate alternative ways of delivering services to hard-to-reach populations, such as through community-based workers, pharmacies, or private providers. We also seek to improve the quality of healthcare, for example by developing, updating, and evaluating service norms and standards.
