This Behavioral Surveillance Survey was conducted to track trends in HIV/AIDS knowledge, attitudes, and risk behavior in selected population segments of Lesotho in 2002.

The survey offers reports and data sheets for five groups:

  • Male and female in-school youth (ages 15 to 19)
  • Male and female out-of-school youth (ages 15 to 24)
  • Female sex workers
  • Adult women (low-income migrants)
  • Adult men (soldiers, miners, taxi drivers/assistants)

The report was funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) through the IMPACT Project.
