The government of Swaziland, through the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare and in collaboration with FLAS, conducted the first round of BSS in Swaziland.

The BSS will enable program managers to plan and implement HIV/AIDS prevention interventions that respond to trends in risk behavior - particularly among high-risk populations - and to evaluate the outcome of interventions.
