Uniformed personnel are trained to take risks, a behavior that can carry over into their personal lives and increase their risk of contracting and transmitting HIV. This issue of Snapshots from the Field highlights FHI's efforts to advance HIV prevention programs for the uniformed services, such as peer education, testing and counseling.
