This issue of Snapshots from the Field explores the IMPACT Project's activities for in-school youth in Kenya. Among the programs featured:

• the Straight Talk newspaper published for students, by students, under the auspices of the Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors
• the AIDS merit badge offered by the Kenya Girl Guides Association
• the Nuru comic books designed to guide young Kenyans toward wise choices about sexual behavior and HIV.
