Snapshots is designed to give program planners, implementers, managers and other practitioners quick access to information they can use to improve their work.

The publication is an "umbrella" series for a wide variety of technical and programmatic materials; some installments are data-driven, others are "how to" documents, and some are more feature-oriented. For now, we are circulating these articles only in electronic form.
