In response to Kenya's increasing HIV prevalence, the government has expanded voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) services throughout the country. This rapid expansion has resulted in increased accessibility and use of VCT sites.  The program in Kenya uses two service models:  stand-alone sites and sites that are integrated into such public health facilities as hospitals.
