AUGUST 2008 �These publications present a series of dialogs with high-risk populations that provide a context for understanding continued risk behaviors and limited exposure to prevention interventions. Health educators and VCT staff interviewed female sex workers, injecting drug users, and men who have sex with men to determine their risk perceptions, barriers to access, and recommendations for improved access to health services and voluntary counseling and testing.
