AUGUST 2007 — Over a three-year period in China, the Implementing AIDS Prevention and Care (IMPACT) Project had a significant influence on HIV prevention, care, and treatment in the provinces of Yunnan and Guangxi. Beyond these provinces, IMPACT developed, implemented, and built capacity for replicable and effective national responses, including wellness centers for most-at-risk populations and continuum of care services.
