This final report documents FHI/IMPACT work in El Salvador from June 1998 to August 2005.

FHI collaborated with El Salvador's Ministry of Health and National AIDS Control Program on a work plan that responded to national needs and complemented activities undertaken by Proyecto Acci�n SIDA de Centroam�rica. FHI/IMPACT's work concentrated on the key areas of voluntary counseling and testing, capacity building, and STI services.
