FEBRUARY 2006 JICA and USAID commissioned this end-of-project evaluation to assess the Corridor of Hope Project's effectiveness, efficiency, and impact on the community. The report is based on three sitesKapiri Mposhi, Livingstone and Lusaka. Mostly qualitative methods were used to produce the report (allowing for investigation of processes), while quantitative data was collected from secondary sources. Staff from COH central and site offices as well as partner organizations, peer educators, and community members were interviewed. Sex workers, neighborhood health committees and other community-based organizations participated in focus group discussions.
