MAY 1998 — This joint report by FHI's IMPACT Project and the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) offers guidance to national HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted disease programs on how to collect information about HIV risk behavior. The result of a series of international meetings, the report recommends basic combinations of data collection methods for countries at different stages of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
