FHI's Center for Consulting Services provides a wide range of services to implement, support, monitor, and document public health programs and advance development worldwide.

We are an international team of world-class experts in clinical care, program management, monitoring and evaluation, and communication who are dedicated to assisting companies, agencies, and foundations with effective prevention, care, and treatment programs relating to HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases. Our expertise and experience span the prevention-to-care continuum.

We offer a wide range of products and services to provide enduring solutions to the AIDS epidemic and the prevention and treatment of other infectious diseases, such as malaria, TB, and avian influenza.

- Prevention: Educational and behavior change programs related to HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB, avian influenza, and other infectious diseases; STI management; interventions that reduce stigma and discrimination; prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV; and workplace programming
- Care: Counseling and testing; services to relieve symptoms of HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases; home-based care; emotional, nutritional, and socioeconomic support, including for orphans and other vulnerable children
- Treatment: Antiretroviral therapy (ART) for HIV/AIDS and treatment for opportunistic infections
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Systems to measure and report on the effectiveness of prevention, care, and treatment programs
- Develop workplace policies and programs
- Design strategic behavioral change campaigns
- Implement care and treatment services
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Conduct behavior surveillance surveys
- Build staff capacity through training, coaching, and distance learning
- Document programs, best practices, and lessons learned
