JULY 2008 – This publication presents the Zambia Prevention, Care and Treatment Partnership (ZPCT) as an example of a high-quality country program in HIV/AIDS whose lessons need to be shared. Funded by the US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, ZPCT has achieved high levels of performance in technical and program management areas, and its staff are sought after to provide national, regional, and even global technical assistance to grantees, partners, and peers.
