The special issue is dedicated to India's Integrated Behavioral and Biological Assessment (IBBA). As a monitoring and evaluation partner on the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Avahan India AIDS Initiatives, FHI is conducting the IBBA and developing the Computerized Management Information System.
