Programs

We are working to build the capacity of El Salvador's Ministry of Health and National AIDS Control Program (MOH/NACP) to provide quality HIV/AIDS services throughout the country. To do this, we are developing and disseminating a practical guide for voluntary HIV testing and counseling, featuring a referral protocol for health care professionals.
