FHI's statistical support and analysis teams help investigators answer their research questions. Experienced FHI statisticians

• assist in study design
• help select and define endpoints
• calculate appropriate sample sizes
• develop analysis plans
• help design case report forms and other data collection instruments
• develop data quality checks
• perform interim and final data analyses
• advise investigators on the interpretation of results

This statistical expertise encompasses cross-sectional, cohort, case-control, and consumer preference studies; randomized clinical trials for drug and device development; community intervention trials; program evaluation projects; meta-analyses; and training in statistical methods, both in English and Spanish.
