Family Health International's annual report, Family Matters, contains stories from families and communities in Cambodia, Ethiopia, India, Kenya, and South Africa that demonstrate how FHI's support is helping people to overcome serious health challenges and create better futures for themselves. These narratives illustrate how FHI's team of more than 2,000 people in 54 countries is working to develop and deliver the science, technology, training, and infrastructure needed to help vulnerable people overcome disease and poverty.

This report also contains information about FHI's recent research and programmatic achievements in improving reproductive health, fighting infectious and chronic diseases, and fostering development through approaches based on scientific evidence. The center map illustrates FHI's current global reach and our historic presence, and the timeline captures some of the organization's key accomplishments from its founding in 1971 to the present day, along with highlighting new directions.
